I'm watching right now! How cute is the little abandoned baby??? And it seems that even Banfield is going to have her happy end You know, Northwestern always had a bad fame....and now we know why! Poor Carter, nobody cares about him! Julianna still looks GREAT. I don't need to point out that same goes for George. Everyone knows it ;D I have to say that David Lyons is really good. And the girl who plays Lucy is fantastic. And no, he doesnt' know Abby! Not everyone has to know her! I was thinking....why Peter doesn't know about Carter's son? He knows he was in Africa but he doesn't know about the baby... Great job from Susans Surandon. She always has been one of my favourite acrtess. March is the transplant month. I think writers did a good with this episode. I love Peter and his check list ;D "And kidney went to some doctor". LOL. I agree. Really consistent with "our" Carter .

I don't know, if I were Kem, I'd have a problem with that. I mean, it makes sense that he wouldn't tell her just HOW sick he was, but to keep her completely in the dark? And then start the phone call with "I have some really good news"... it just seems wrong.

Thanks! ;D
Interesting that the "episodic photography" NBC gallery for this episode is all about Carter/Benton!
Seeing Carter in a gown, that reminds of something: I always feel so happy and I'm grinning with the few seconds where Carter is standing on his two feet in this episode ;D. His smile when he comes out of the bathroom is adorable. He seems so happy to see Benton. And his voice is quite high-pitched when saying "yeah", like in good old times ! ;D

Yeah, that was a beautiful moment. Benton's regular growling "CARTER!" and him coming out of the bathroom, grinning and looking almost healthy. How can you not love that? ;D I'm just really, really glad we got to see those scenes between them. I almost forgive TBTB for everything. I LOVE that the pictures are all about Carter/Benton, considering this is the big Clooney episode. Mwahahaha.

Made me laugh when I noticed it, and earned me some strange looks: my roommate's hand-lotion. Oh ER, you have ruined me forever.

Random (and not ENTIRELY about the episode) but made me smile nonetheless: I was reading through episode recaps on tv.com and one of the posted recaps of "Old Times" caught my eye. (bolding mine) *takes a moment to acknowlege the awesomeness of that sentence* Right. Anyway, I just LOVE that Noah is tagged as The Librarian. Not that Carter is a bad character to be indentified with, but he's too good to be stuck with ONE character forever. And after all those years, he's getting there... one person at a time. Though I have a feeling it'll be something like David Schwimmer, who'll forever be Ross... Because really ER was SO huge, that it's almost impossible to top. Unless you're George Clooney. Oh well. this just makes me wanna do a little victory dance.

I remember Devlin telling a funny story about Noah being recognized for the Librarian and not for ER....and now I'm realizing that maybe you didn't see behind the scenes clips! Did you see them?
