Not my favorite episode of season 2 so far, but was still very good! ;D Just... too loaded with emotional scenes, for my taste, and they didn't all work for me. The plots didn't really all make sense to me either. Kids managing to survive alone for months, just a bit away from a harnessing facility? And just when the 2nd Mass finds them, skitters find them too? Not really the best plot ever if you ask me... And that group of kids just happens to have Weaver's daughter in it? Wow... And they find adults who are willing to protect them and help them with food and all, and they still want to be away? I just don't get it I guess... The harnessing scene was very creepy! Well done! But I just keep on wondering what happened to the unlucky first kid who actually got harnessed! What did the 2nd mass do with him? Just let him there? Did I miss something? And big negative point about this episode: not enough Noah!! I guess it has to happen once in a while, it can't be just about Tom Mason, and I knew there would be episodes like this one that are not telling anything new about Tom... Positive points: I like Tector (Ryan Robbins). We didn't get to see a lot of him before this episode, but he looks like he could become an interesting character. I liked the little light interaction between Tom and Anne. Seeing them smiling was nice, and I really liked the lines starting with: Tom: Good news! Anne: The aliens are gone? ;D

Not my favourite episode too but I think it is one of those that puts the ground for more interesting events in the future.
Now we know how the harnessing process works, it was a very creepy scene but it was well done (apart from the harnessed kid and his unknown destiny)....
I cannot stop thinking what will happen to Weaver...he's been bitten by this living harness thing and we know they are effective only on children and kids but will that bite have consequences for Weaver or any adult in the same situation? Why show it if it won't have effects in the future?

I felt like it was an episode to answer the previous questions about the harnesses and how the children are harnessed. I did like that Maxim Knight got his own episode, I like that is was about "Matt" because I think sometimes we forget about little Matt and there are not very many scenes with Maxim and I do believe he needed his own episode to break out of the forgotten Mason child because it seems to always be about Hal and Ben, well mostly Ben. Great job Maxim! ;D I cannot stop thinking what will happen to Weaver...he's been bitten by this living harness thing and we know they are effective only on children and kids but will that bite have consequences for Weaver or any adult in the same situation? Why show it if it won't have effects in the future? With Weaver being bit, I think this will lead to complications down the road, because I remember seeing previews with Weaver on the floor saying "what is happening to me?" well something to this. So something is going to happen to Weaver, but it could be from the loss of Jimmy and his daughter leaving... who knows. This will add to an interesting twist because we all think the harnesses affect the children only. I think it will be interesting to find out if they affect adults too. The harnessing scene was very creepy! Well done! I agree it was very creepy, but it was well done. I was screaming someone save Matt! haha ;D Of course Dad comes to the rescue. I guess it does answer the question on how the children are harnessed. It really left me the Heebie-jeebies. But I just keep on wondering what happened to the unlucky first kid who actually got harnessed! What did the 2nd mass do with him? Just let him there? Did I miss something? I don't remember seeing the little boy, I think his name was Johny after he was harnessed. It was focused on Weaver's daughter, Weaver and Matt. I thought if you killed the Skitter you have so long to get the harness off in time and the child dies. I have no idea if that is right though. Speaking of Weaver's daughter, I know she appears out of no where, I thought Weaver's daughter, I forgot her name, would have filled that hole Weaver had with Jimmy. When she left I was like come on Weaver needs someone to close that hole and you take that away from him. I guess this is what adds to drama in Weaver's life. I do hope she comes back or Weaver finds her again, even if she is not going to Charleston, South Carolina. Maybe she will change her mind. I liked the rap, I thought that was cool. I think the new characters and even Boone will be interesting characters to get to know this season. And big negative point about this episode: not enough Noah!! I agree there was not enough Noah! My favorite scene was at the end and Tom and Matt are cuddling. I said "Awww" ;D Such a cute father and son scene. I liked the little light interaction between Tom and Anne. Seeing them smiling was nice, and I really liked the lines starting with: Tom: Good news! Anne: The aliens are gone? ;D I wanted a choco pie too, even though I don't know what a choco pie is. It must be a made up name for a moon pie haha. It was cute though. ;D

I also think that there'll be complications! One of the previews was showing Weaver jumping/falling while leaning his back on a window, and I'm not pretty sure it'll have to do with his leg! It's interesting that the harness is a living creature, it can move and do things by itself, it's not only a 'device'... I don't know if we will learn more about that. Lol!! I thought the same, that really looked like a moon pie, but I guess that was sounding too awkward for Moon I really liked that little scene. How Anne says something like "I never thought I could have something like that again", and Tom says "me neither", while you can tell he's not at all talking about the 'choco pie'... They really look like two teenagers there.

It's interesting that the harness is a living creature, it can move and do things by itself, it's not only a 'device'... I don't know if we will learn more about that. It reminded me of a creepy worm or huge slug you would see in a horror movie. I really like how they made it a live creature and not just a device the Skitters hook onto your back to control you with. The writers gave it a life of it's own, which is cool. It just adds to the curiosity of the slow and mystery and suspense. I think we see more of them soon because I have seen scenes with them and someone says, I think it may be Ben, were not safe here anymore. But that could be from episode four and other episodes clipped together as a teaser... not sure.
